Terms of use
Last updated: November 1, 2026
Accepting these terms
By using techrs.co.il (the “site”), operated by TechRS, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. We have written them in plain language on purpose: the goal is for you to understand them, not to skip them.
What the site is — and is not
The site presents TechRS and its offensive-security services, publishes articles and technical guides (in Hebrew), and offers a vulnerability dashboard. These terms cover the site only. Penetration testing, code review and advisory services are provided solely under a separate written agreement with each client, and that agreement — not these terms — governs the engagement.
No professional advice
Content on the site is general information. It is not security advice for your organisation and creates no professional relationship between us. Security decisions in your organisation should rest on your own independent assessment and on your specific circumstances.
The vulnerability dashboard
The vulnerability dashboard republishes data from official public sources: the U.S. National Vulnerability Database (NVD), the CISA Known Exploited Vulnerabilities (KEV) catalog, and the Exploit Prediction Scoring System (EPSS) published by FIRST. The data is provided “as is”, without any warranty that it is complete, accurate or up to date. It may lag behind its sources or contain their errors. Before acting on it, check the original source and the vendor’s advisory.
This product uses the NVD API but is not endorsed or certified by the NVD.
Acceptable use
Our content is published for learning, research and defence. You may not use information from the site — including vulnerability details and techniques described in our guides — to attack any system without authorisation. Bug-bounty work and penetration testing are permitted only with the explicit permission of the owner of the system being tested, such as a written agreement or a published bug-bounty or disclosure policy. You alone are responsible for how you use the information and for any action you take based on it.
When using the site, you must not:
- probe, scan or test the security of the site or any TechRS system, except in accordance with our Responsible Disclosure Policy;
- disrupt or overload the site, or attempt to bypass its rate limits or other protections;
- access the site by automated means at a rate that burdens it, or in disregard of our
robots.txt; - send spam, false information or automated submissions through our forms;
- upload or link to malware, or impersonate another person or organisation.
Security research carried out in good faith and in line with the Responsible Disclosure Policy is authorised. For that limited purpose, the policy prevails over any restriction in these terms.
Accounts and comments
- Public sign-up is currently closed. Accounts and comments are intended for people aged 16 and over.
- You are responsible for the content you post on the site.
- Comments are moderated: offensive content, spam or anything that spreads malware will be removed, and accounts that break these rules will be blocked.
- By posting a comment you grant TechRS a non-exclusive licence to display it on the site. The content remains yours.
Intellectual property
Original content on the site — articles, guides, translations, design and the TechRS name and logo — belongs to TechRS (© TechRS). You may quote short excerpts with credit and a link to the source. Vulnerability data is attributed to the official public sources it comes from and remains subject to their terms.
Links to other sites
The site links to third-party websites, such as vendor advisories, YouTube and Telegram. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
Limitation of liability
The site and its content are provided “as is”. TechRS is not liable for any direct or indirect damage arising from use of the site, from reliance on its content, or from its unavailability. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Any material change will be published on this page. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms and your use of the site are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts in Israel have exclusive jurisdiction.
